- Bare Galvalume (Natural Finish)
- Colours Coated Galvalume (Colours as per choice)
Standard specifications of the roofing panel:
 Single skin roofing sheets in Bare Zincalume / Galvalume Trapezoidal profile sheet with 1000 - 1020 mm effective cover width and nominal 28-30 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pans at nominal 200 -250 mm center-to-center. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.47 to 0.60 mm Total Coated Thickness (TCT), Hi-Tensile steel with min. 345 to 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminum-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminum, 45% Zinc) as per AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ150 to AZ 275 (Minimum coating of 150 to 275 gms/sq.mt total on both sides)The above sheets are also available in Colour: Super Polyester Colorbond XRW quality paint coat as per AS/NZS 2728 Class 3. The paint will have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 μm, comprising of nominal 20 μm exterior coat on top surface and nominal 5 μm reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5 μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade.
To fix the above profile sheets screws size required 12-14 x 55 mm with EPDM washer for roofing and 12-14 x 20 mm with EPDM washer for wall cladding). The fasteners shall be used confirming to AS 3566, Class III.
Kliplok / Klippon profile sheets: We also offer the roofing panel with concealed clip fixation, where not need to puncture the roofing panel to fix, the sheets get attached with a concealed clips underneath fixed on purls. |
