B.E  Mechanical / Structural  with 10 years experience in  Architectural /Steel structural detailing, having excellent communication  skill and ability  to handle team of designers /draftsman and coordinate with  Architects & consultants .Knowledge of Auto-Cad  a  must . Experienced candidates in roofing industry will be preferred.
1 Reading & understanding the drawings from clients/architects/ consultants.
2 Making detailed shop drawings as per Client requirement & specification for a project in Auto CAD,07-10 & get it checked from H.O.D.
3 Preparing complete bill of material (BOQ) with all materials & its specifications.
4 Communicating while preparing drawings with different departments. (Admin, Purchase, Marketing, Project etc.) regarding time schedule, specifications etc.
5 Submission of drawing & getting approval from Client/ Architects/ Consultants on time.
6 Site to execution peoples. visits for checking quality, taking measurements, reconciliation of material & providing technical assistance
7 Understand P.O. /W.O. terms & conditions.
8 Attend site meeting during execution regarding changes in approved drawing. Keep record for same.

B.E.Civil/ mechanical with minimum 12 years experience in the construction industry preferably in steel structure field should be adept at planning & execution of projects with capability to co-ordinate with architects ,consultants, clients & contractors.
1 Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
2 Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3 Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
4 Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
5 Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
6 Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
7 Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
8 Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. .
9 Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
10 Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
11 Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
12 Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
13 Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
14 Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
15 Track project milestones and deliverables.
16 Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
17 Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
18 Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
19 Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
20 Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
21 Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Diploma holders in Civil/ Mechanical engineering with 5-8 years experience capable of handling site activities like quality check execution , ability to co-ordinate with contractors ,architects and clients .Must have thorough knowledge of drawing reading and a basic knowledge of safety practice . Should be prepared to be a located in any part of the country.
1 Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
2 Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
3 Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
4 Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
5 Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
6 Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
7 Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect.
8 Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
9 Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
10 Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
11 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
12 Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
13 Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
14 Preparing reports as required.
15 Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
